We hope you love your Story mfg. pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a small business focused on slow craft, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce our environmental footprint.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original organic cotton bags and reusable shipping mailer, ensuring all hand-tagged labels are attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
